The goal of this study is to examine the effects of remittance on economic growth in Bangladesh using annual data from a moderately liberalized regime spanning from 1991 to 2020. The short-run and long-run relationships between remittances and economic growth were highlighted in this study using the Johansen co-integration test and the vector auto regression model. Granger causality tests are also used to evaluate whether there's an endogenous link between remittance and growth. This research finds a short-run positive relationship between remittance inflow and GDPPC, showing that remittances are more likely to contribute to Bangladesh's short-term growth. It was also discovered that remittances have a positive impact on the economy. As a result, the influx of worker remittances is important for countries like Bangladesh, which has a comparatively rising economy and a developing banking sector, according to this research. The paper also examines a number of policy concerns related to remittance in connection to managing remittance and migration, the development of migrants’ skills, effective remittance use, effect of the "Dutch Disease", remittance transmission mechanisms, the overall economic structure, financial incentives, gender issues, returned foreign workers and the compact policy of ‘Remittance and Migration', as well as the outcomes of the analysis. The study's findings will provide policymakers with a thorough grasp of the important elements affecting employees' remittance and economic growth, which will be useful in assessing remittance policies and their effectiveness.

분 연구의 목적은 1991년부터 2020년까지의 적정 자유화 시스템에 따른 연간 데이터를 사용하여 방글라데시 경제 성장에 대한 송금 효과를 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Johansen 공통합실험과 벡터 자기회귀모형을 이용하여 송금과 경제성장의 단기적, 장기적 관계를 강조하였다. Granger causality 테스트는 송금과 성장 사이에 내생적 연관성이 있는지 여부를 평가하는 데도 사용된다. 본 연구는 송금유입과 1인단 GDP 사이의 단기적인 긍정적인 관계를 발견하여 송금이 방글라데시의 단기적인 성장에 기여할 가능성이 더 높다는 것을 보여준다. 송금이 경제에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 상대적으로 경제성장률이 높고 은행업이 발달한 방글라데시와 같은 국가에서는 근로자 송금 유입이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문은 또한 송금 및 이주 관리, 이민 기술 개발, 송금, 송금 및 송금 메커니즘의 효율적인 사용, 전반적인 경제 구조, 재정 인센티브, 성별 문제, 돌아온 외국인 노동자와 관련된 몇 가지 정책 문제 및 "송금 및 이민"의 긴밀한 정책 및 분석 결과를 검토했다. 결과는 정책 입안자들이 직원 송금 및 경제 성장에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인에 대한 통찰력을 제공할 것이며, 이는 송금 정책과 그 효과를 평가하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
