연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 팬데믹에 따른 간호대학생의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 설계는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 I광역시 소재 1개, G도 소재 3개의 총 4개 간호대학의 임상실습 경험이 있는 재학생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 183명이다. 자료수집은 201년 8월 27일부터 9월 10일까지 총 10문항으로 구성된 온라인 설문지를 사용하여 시행하였다. 연구도구는 취업불안, 학업무기력, 자기효능감, 우울 도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPS/Win 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성과 우울 및 취업불안, 학업무기력, 자기효능감에 대해 평 균, 표준편차, indepndent-tes, ANOVA 분석을 하였고 변수의 상관계 확인을 위해 Pearson’s corelation coeficents 분석을 하였다. 또한 간호대학생의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Hierachical multiple regresion anlysi를 이용하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 우울 정도는 63점 만점에 9.19±.23점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 우울 정도는 경제상태(F=4.1, p=.018), 전공만족도(F=10.61, p<01), 건강상태(F=13.4, p<01)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 우울은 취업불안(r=.54, p<.01), 학업무기력(r=.40, p<.01)과 유의미한 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 자기효능감(r=-.5, p<.01)과 유의미한 음(-)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 COVID-19 펜데믹 시기 간호대학생의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 취업불안(β=4.64, p<.01), 자기효능감(β=-3.23, p=.01), 전공만족도(보통)(β=-2.65, p=.09), 건강상태(양호)(β=-2.43, p=.016), 전공만족도(만족)(β=-2.38, p=.018) 이었고, 이들은 대상자의 우울 정도를 총 42.5%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 우울을 조기에 예방하고 이를 관리하기 위하여 취업불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 비교과 프로그램과 자기효능감 향상을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 필요가 있다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 증진시키기 위해 학습 향상 프로그램을 적용하고 전공에 대한 이해도를 증진시키는 전략이 필요하다. 또한 건강증진을 위해 효과적인 건강관리를 위한 계획을 수립하여 관리할 수 있도록 간호대학생을 교육하고 격려할 필요가 있다. 주요어(Key words): COVID-19, 간호대학생, 우울, 자기효능감, 취업불안, 학업무기력

Purpose: The level of depression in nursing students may increase due to various situational changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate factors affecting depression in nursing students due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design. Participants were 183 nursing students enrolled in four nursing colleges including one nursing college located in I Metropolitan City and three nursing colleges located in G Province, who had clinical nursing practice experiences, and agreed to participate in this study. Data was collected from August 27 to September 10, 2021 using an online questionnaire comprising 101 questions. The instruments used in this study included tools for measuring job-seeking anxiety, academic helplessness, self-efficacy, and depression. Data analysis was performed for the general characteristics of the participants, depression, job-seeking anxiety, academic helplessness, and self-efficacy using mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and ANOVA using the SPSS/Win 25.0 program, and the correlations between the variables were determined using Pearson's correlation coefficients. In addition, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to investigate factors affecting depression in nursing students. Results: The results revealed that the score for depression in the participants was 9.19±9.23 out of 63 points. In terms of depression according to the general characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in the level of depression according to economic status (F=4.11, p=.018), major satisfaction (F=10.61, p<001), and health status (F=13.44, p<001). Depression was found to have significant positive correlations with job-seeking anxiety (r=.54, p<.001) and academic helplessness (r=.40, p<.001), whereas depression was found to have a significant negative correlation with self-efficacy (r=-.55, p<.001). In addition, the factors affecting depression among nursing students during the COVID-19 pandemic included job-seeking anxiety (β=4.64, p<.001), self-efficacy (β=-3.23, p=.001), and major satisfaction (moderate) (β=-2.65, p=.009), health status (good) (β=-2.43, p=.016), and major satisfaction (satisfied) (β=-2.38, p=.018), and the explanatory power of these variables for depression in the participants was 42.5%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that for early prevention and management of depression in nursing students, it is necessary to develop and implement various extracurricular programs for reducing job-seeking anxiety and enhancing self-efficacy. In addition, to increase nursing students’ satisfaction with the nursing major, it is necessary to use learning enhancement programs, and adopt strategies to enhance their understanding of nursing. Furthermore, it is necessary to educate and encourage nursing students, so that they can establish effective health management strategies for their health promotion.
