연어과 어류의 질병 치료에 관한 리뷰

이 연구는 연어과 어류의 질병 치료에 관한 내용을 수정란과 성체로 나누고 각각을 질병 원인체로 분류하여 정리하였다. 각 질병에 관해 국내 서적 및 외국 연구를 조사하여 국내 연어과 어류의 질병 치료에 도움이 되고자 수행하였다. 서론에서는 연어과 어류 중 연어, 산천어, 무지개송어에 대해 다루었고 본론에서는 연어과 어류의 질병들에 관해 서술하였다. 크게 수정란 질병과 그 외 질병으로 나뉘고 그 외 질병에는 바이러스성, 세균성, 원생동물, 진균류질병 순으로 알아보았다. 특히, 본론에서 언급한 연어 수정란 질병 치료와 관련하여 난막연화증의 개념에 관해 서술하였으며, 난막연화증을 치료할 수 있는 치료제를 녹차 추출물, 요오드, 과산화수소, 포르말린 순으로 정리하였다. 마지막으로 이 연구를 통해 국내 연어과 어류의 질병 치료에 작은 도움이 되기를 바란다.

This study divided the disease treatment of salmonid fish into fish roe and adult, and classified each as a disease causative agent. This was conducted to help treat diseases of salmonids in Korea by researching domestic books and foreign studies on each disease. In the introduction, salmon, Masou salmon, and rainbow trout were dealt with, and in the main body, diseases of salmonids were described. It is largely divided into fertilized egg disease and other diseases, and other diseases were investigated in order of viral, bacterial, protozoan, and fungal diseases. In particular, the concept of soft-shell disease was described, and the therapeutic agents that can treat soft-shell disease were arranged in the order of green tea extract, iodine, hydrogen peroxide, and formalin. Finally, it is hoped that this study will be of little help in the treatment of diseases of salmonids in Korea.
