호흡 연습을 통한 고혈압 치료 보조기 개발에 관한 연구

현재 많은 의료기기분야에서는 부작용을 최소화하고 집에서도 치료받을 수 있는 제품을 개발하는 곳에 초점을 두고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 연구해온 고혈압 치료를 위한 보조기기는 약물을 사용하지 않고 호흡을 안정적으로 유지 할 수 있도록 유도하는 장치를 목적으로 한다. 호흡은 살아있는 동안 평생 동안 하게 되며 무의식적으로 익힌 호흡법을 사용하고 있기 때문에 전문가를 통하여 도움을 받는다고 해도 빠른 시일 내에 호흡방법의 교정이 쉽지는 않다. 또한, 항상 전문가와 붙어있는 상황에서 호흡훈련을 통한 교정을 받을 시 성공적으로 해낼 수 있으나 비용적인 문제가 발생 할 수 있다. 경제적으로 안정적이지 못한 환자가 잘못된 지식을 가지고 호흡훈련을 할 시 자신에게 적절하지 않은 호흡 단련으로 인하여 효과를 보지 못하고 부작용을 겪을 수도 있다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 호흡 신호에서 호흡 패턴을 분석함으로써 개인별 호흡법을 학습하고 호흡 유도를 시킬 수 있는 유도기기의 개발이 필요하다. 우선 호흡훈련 연습을 통한 고혈압 환자의 혈관 팽창, 수축에 관하여 긍정적인 효과가 있는지 조사와 호흡치료와 같은 방식을 사용하는 치료에 관하여 조사하고자 한다. 그 후 다양한 비 약물 호흡치료기를 분석하여 제품의 특징 및 장, 단점에 관하여 분석하여 최적의 상황을 수집하여 본 연구과제 제품인 호흡유도를 통한 고혈압 치료 보조기기의 개발 과정을 설명 할 예정이며 이와 유사한 제품인 기존 제품과의 스펙, 특성 및 장단점에 대한 비교를 한다.
