전기방사 공정을 이용한 TiO2/ZnO 나노 섬유 제조 및 메틸렌 블루 광 촉매 분해 연구

Due to the development of industry, environmental pollution is getting more serious. Air pollution is getting serious due to various industries and automobiles, and a method of removing pollutants using a photocatalyst has been spotlighted. Representative materials for this photocatalytic reaction are TiO2 materials. This TiO2 material has been studied in many fields due to its biocompatible, chemically stable properties. If microstructural control is applied to these TiO2 materials, the increase of the specific surface area can increase the photocatalytic activity efficiency. In this study, we fabricated 1-dimensional nanofibers supported by polyvinyl acetate (PVac) or polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) using electrospinning and controlled the variables such as voltage, inflow rate, distance between nozzle and current collector during electrospinning process. By providing the basis for uniformly controlling the diameter, TiO2 nanofibers having a diameter of 372nm to 663nm and TiO2/ZnO nanofibers having a diameter of 183nm to 1023nm could be prepared. Nanofibers with uniform diameter were made through heat treatment, and the photocatalytic activity was compared through methylene blue photolysis experiment for comparing photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic activity of the prepared TiO2 nanofibers and TiO2 powders was compared, and the TiO2/ZnO nanofibers in which ZnO particles were combined to increase adsorption capacity appeared to have the highest photocatalytic activity.
