초록/요약

The aim of the study is to enhance the physiological activity of oyster mushroom, a food material commonly used throughout the world. For this, the physiological activity of oyster mushroom cultivated on a medium containing dandelion extract residue(ODE), which is well known for its anti - inflammatory effect, was confirmed. To examine the physiological activity of the ODE, hot - water extracts were prepared. The cytotoxicity of the extracts was confirmed with RAW264.7 cells, L929 cells, and was not toxic up to a concentration of 100μg/ml. The anti-inflammatory effect of the ODE extract was confirmed by measuring changes in inflammation-related factors by treating LPS known as a typical pro-inflammatory agent. The measured inflammation-related factors were NO, COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α and IL-1β. It was confirmed that the NO produced in the cells treated with the ODE decreased depending on the treatment concentration. RT-PCR and western blotting were performed to confirm changes in COX-2, iNOS, TNF-α and IL-1β. As a result, it was confirmed that it decreased depending on the treatment concentration of ODE. Based on these results, it was confirmed that the anti - inflammatory effect was increased in the oyster mushroom cultivated in the medium containing dandelion extract residue.
