초록/요약 도움말
This research hass a purpose of finding out toddlers and their mother's experiences and its meaning through observing their reactions to Bookstart program for which they have participated. For the purpose of this research to be achieved. answer the following qusetion. First, how was the toddler's experoence and its meaning effected by the Bookstart program. Second, how was the mother's experience and it meaning effected by the Bookstart program. Total of 15 teams(15 Toddlers', 15 Mothers') were participants of 2015 first & second quarter Bookstart plus program organized by Education and Cultural Center. Within that group, Toddlers' and Mothers' have agreed to be part of the focus group made of 5teams(5 Toddlers', 5 Mothers'). Research will take part in 20th March, 2015 to 26th June, 2015 every Friday for 15 weeks. Results of the research are as following, First, As Toddlers' have participated in Bookstart program they have learned to develop themselves and enlarge their view of the world by using drawing books, their mothers', peers, instructors and also by utilizing different objects. Second, mothers', by paticipating in the Bookstart program learns to improve relationships, knowledge about child care and changes in daily life. As conclusion, the Bookstart program gives Mother and Toddler, effective experience in helping Toddler's growth and also improving Toddler's relationships. For the Mothers' gave them an opportunities and changes in their lives. By the results of their research, the recommendations for after-research is in below. First, the toddlers who have participated in this research belong to Bookstart plus(18 months ~ 35 months) and it seem to be meaningful that these toddlers should experience activities of another group(Bookstart baby). Second, the reesults of this research has been made by the instructor speciaalized in Bookstart program, so we should compare the effects of this program with another Bookstart program that is being carried by volunteers. Lastly, Instructor and vooiunteers has been instructing the "Bookstart program" by their own accord with no guidelines, so the developments of this program such ass educations for instructor and volunteers seems to be needed.
