초록/요약
This thesis is to find the after-school flute class based on the middle school course level. I finished this study by asking questions to the flute class teachers in the Wonju area. I found these was to find the problems about after-school class. The First is about the problems of the flute-class type. The problem was that the guiding plan was not applied even though it has been made. The class type was one-to-one lessen and group study. The individual estimate on class was not made in the almost schools. The guiding plan for one-to-one lesson was consisted in the primary course, the middle course, and the high course. The one-to-one lesson was done for five members for fifty minutes. The group lesson was done for eight members for fifty minutes. The study estimate showed the level of achievement of the flute class for each student. The study estimate has validity and trustworthy. It also was written in the individual record in various way. It was made objectively and concretely. The Second is about the problems of the flute-class environment. The problems are about the place to study and how to use the available instruments. The way to activate is the efficiency of the place and time. The music classroom and special event room are recommended to use. Correct posture and how to perform was told to be important. It also check the musical expression and the harmony among the instruments. It listed the instruments which need for the class. They are piano, music stand, time measure, mirror, sound facility, projector, and soundproof facility. The Third is about the problems of the flute-class support. The flute class has a problem of finance. It is about the support tuition fee, supply of musical instruments, and reduction of private classes. There are lot of schools stopping the flute class owing to the finance problem. The supply of musical instruments was not so good. It was hard to buy musical instruments for individual students. Practical class needs time for steady exercise. The class needs support even during the vacation. Flutes needs to be bought by school and be kept there. The support of personal lesson time is needed to reduce the necessity of the private class. It needs to support the students activities in and out of the school. It needs to give opportunity to take part in some concours. It needs to give the opportunity for self-confidence and self-development.

본 논문은 학생들의 특기적성 계발과 진로계발 사교육비 경감이라는 방과후학교 교육목표를 기반으로 원주지역 중학교에서 활성화 되고 있는 방과후학교 음악교육 프로그램 가운데 하나인 플루트 수업의 형태, 환경, 지원실태를 조사하여다음과 같은 문제점들을 발견 할 수 있었다. 첫째, 플루트수업 형태의 문제점 1. 교사가 지도계획서는 작성하되 수업에 사용하지 않는 점: 지도계획서는 교 사가 수업을 진행하는데 중요한 계획서이다. 학생들을 위한 효과적인 지도 계획서를 작성하여 그 계획서대로 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 2. 학생당 레슨 시간이 부족하고 많은 학생들의 동시 수업으로 인하여 수업의 질과 효율성이 낮다는 점: 학생 개인의 주법, 정확성, 음악적 표현, 조화, 태도 등을 보다 효율적으로 지도하기 위하여는 1:1 레슨이 필요하다. 3. 학생 개인의 수업평가가 대다수의 학교에서 실시되지 않고 있다는 점: 악곡의 특징을 살려 표현하기, 지휘에 맞추어 표현하기, 바른 주법으로 연주하기, 외워서 표현하기, 연주곡 이해하기, 음악 발표하기 등의 능력을 키우기 위하여는 학생개인의 정기적인 수업 평가가 필요하다. 둘째, 플루트수업 환경의 문제점 1. 방과후학교 수업장소로 대부분 음악실이 아닌, 수업효율이 떨어지는 일반교실 사용이 많다는 점: 효과적인 실기수업을 위하여는 사용시간의 제한이 적고, 수업에 필요한 기자재가 구비되어 있는 음악실의 사용이 필요하다. 2. 플루트 수업에 필요한 기자재 사용에 제한이 많다는 점: 플루트 수업은 실기만 하는 것이 아니라, 이론과 실기가 병행되는 수업으로서, 수업 시간에 여러 가지 기자재 즉 피아노, 보면대, 음향시설, 프로젝터 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 플루트수업 지원의 문제점 1. 방과후학교 수강료 지원이 부족하여 방학중 교육이 이루어지지 않는 점: 플루트수업은 실기 과목으로 꾸준한 연습과 지속적인 레슨이 필요한 수업이다. 학생들의 실력 향상과 진로적성 계발을 위해서는 방학기간을 포함한 재학기간 동안 지속적인 지원이 필요하다. 2. 악기에대한 지원이 없어 개인악기가 없는 학생은 수업을 받을 수 없다는 점: 보다 많은 학생이 방과후학교 수업에 참여 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여는 학교에 악기 비취를 위한 지원이 필요하다.
