초록/요약
This research is to study influences of ingesting vitamin C and E on active oxygen and total antioxidant. It is conducted to male students for four weeks. To examine the effects of vitamin C and E, I took and analyzed a placebo group as a control group, and blood free radical concentration as an antioxidant related standard and total oxidant capacity. The results of the study are as following. 1. Ingesting complex vitamin didn't decrease free radical concentration at the stable condition. I examined two groups, ones who had just finished exercise, the others who had taken a 30-minute break after doing exercise. For the both groups, free radical concentration decreased. And 24 hours later, free radical concentration that had increased after doing exercise got back to the level of stable condition. 2. total antioxidant capacity at the stable condition increased after ingesting complex vitamin, Compared the placebo group, total antioxidant capacity increased significantly for the two groups for vitamin. total antioxidant capacity that had increased after doing exercise got back to the level of normal condition. In conclusion, ingesting complex vitamin decreases free radical concentration and increased total antioxidant capacity when doing an acute exercise.
