초록/요약
In this paper we have studied that the students would take the physics subject as a optional course. In the 7th curriculum the students could make a choice in the subjects for the their own. Consequently we should have the social problems, the young people would not work in the engineering fields. As a result in our study, we could get recipe for the this situations ; the first one is we should make changes in the physics curriculum. the second one is we should rebuild the social networks which show the good condition for the young man in the engineering fields. the third one is to make the supporting policy for the good circumstances in the fields politically.
