With cold war cessation together the world-wide security situation the character of the threat against a national security comes to be various, it comes to be complicated and national for general intention to fight possibility it decreased but, the terror - non-military threat are augmented, past the conflicts who are latent come to the surface and the local dispute is continued. The tension is relaxed world-wide and the Northeast Asia area the economic cooperation relationship and trade name dependence degree are deepened in the tendency inside where the cooperation increases with North Korea nuclear problem structure discord to be coming to the surface, inside understanding in circumference country for the conflicts of problem, history problem, the island and the territory dispute coexist, 4 countries which are a world-wide maximum powerful countries - the United States, Russia, Japan, China- the military power is becoming intensively and the security frigidity actual condition is happening in the area where the possibility which will be joined together with warfare of the case large scale where with the force improvement rise for the military power modernization of the various nations the dispute will occur from the Northeast Asia area is high. China recognized like this change tendency and from the international order inside which cold war after which will burn changes, like this China from the international order inside which cold war after which will burn changes politically will hang in the economic power which os an overview national power and of argumentation and military security of th political influence which hits from magnification of indigenous defense capacity and relationship of China-Russia, the United States-China strategy cooperation relationship to be propelling with reinforcement. China with peaceful coexistence professes a diplomacy frequently and it follows in time and the result military security strategy which repeats a transfiguration and defense build-up and international influence magnification of like this China give a huge effect in Korea security. The relation between master and servant which the both nation follows during that time in national power difference knows in politics - economy - security - culture multi direction to extend and as the partner who pursues the profit and a prosperity of commonness after cooperating, the phase and influence from th international community a lot China accomplishes a rapid development, it raises, specially the development of relationship of Korea and Chinese for military affairs sees with solution of North Korea nuclear problem security pending question and stability of the future Korea Peninsula and Northeast Asia area respects peace that there is meaning which is big. Military power modernization of China with affirmative effect and it brought a negation effect in th result Korea security which improves and army fighting power with the military war potential policy which has the feature of the military reforming which equips a Chinese feature, but the military power modernization of China the United States - the Japanese circumference countries accelerates the magnetic pole and a force improvement competition with the possibility which will operate with a company one threat element in the Northeast Asia area and Korean security to be high, the military power which is reinforced against the pending question of island right of possession dispute of Japan which begins Korea with background - the Taiwan will strengthen influence and there is a possibility which will go out, Assistance Korea from past with discord is maintained the unity of Korea with cooperation relationship and the recognition against the past history of all China and it does not exclude instead of currently clearly to recognize the location of the security situation where Korea os placed, the affirmative element of military power modernization of China develops magnification - , the negation element removal and improves must prepare the preparation plan for.
