초록/요약
It was known that the impact on human errors resulted in the small events or severe accidents which occurred in the nuclear power plants such as USA TMI accident in 1979 and Russia Chernobyl accident in 1986. In the same way, various nuclear power incidents which were happened within the country also occurred from the intervention of human factors since commencing the commercial operation in Kori-1 nuclear power plant. The objective of this study was to analyze the report for the human error cases. Also, in the view of carrying out with the proper way in improving the various steps in accordance with realities, this study assessed Human Performance Enhancement System (HPES) which was developed to reduce the human errors. In addition, throughout the deduction and analysis of the continuous problems, this study is to present the direction of the future. It is clear that gradual improvement in HPES institution came into good effect. However, there are several mid & long term subjects to be solved as follows: irrationality of the assessment system for the preparing the human error reports, the lack of the expert knowledge in the organization related to operation of human error report, the poor HPES control procedure and various operating procedure not applied to the techniques for prevention of human errors, the insufficient training opportunity on the techniques for prevention of human errors for the nuclear personnel.
