Control efficacy of fungicides to potato late blight in potato field in 2005 and 2006 were examined. All fungicides examind in 2005 were indicated to control efficacy over 80.7%. All fungicides examind in 2006 were indicated to control efficacy over 75.6%. Fungicides examined in 2005 and 2006 were very effective for controlling potato of late blight. Sensitivity of P. infestans to metalaxyl was examed by mycelial growth on V8-juice agar amended with 10 ㎍/㎖ metalaxyl. About 77.3% of the isolates was resistant to metalaxyl, 22.7% of the isolates was intermediate resistant and sensitive isolate was not detected. Also Sensitivity of P. infestans to dimethomorph and ethaboxam was examined. Dimethomorph and ethaboxam showed high mycelial growth inhibition. Results showed that isolates of P. infestans were sensitive to dimethomorph and ethaboxam. Of 66 isolates collected in 2006, 64 isolates were A1 mating type, and 2 isolates were A2 mating type, showing that the majortity was A1 mating type. The physiological race in experiment field showed virulence to R0.R1.R3.R4.R5.R6.R7. R10.R11.
